Welcome to Basanr. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Basanr website located at https://basanr.cam (the "Platform", "Site", "we", "us" or "our"). Basanr is an online betting and live casino informational platform designed for Pakistani users. The Platform provides educational content, betting guides, game descriptions, responsible gambling information and general reference material related to online gambling and sports betting.

Basanr does not directly accept bets, operate a casino, process financial transactions or act as a gambling operator. All gambling activity described on this Platform takes place on independent third-party operator websites. Basanr acts solely as an informational intermediary.

• Misrepresent your identity, age or location to gain access to content or services;
• Use any content from this Platform for commercial exploitation without prior written authorisation from Basanr.

Basanr reserves the right to terminate your access to the Platform immediately, without notice, in the event of any actual or suspected breach of these prohibited conduct provisions.

All Content on this Platform — including but not limited to text, articles, guides, graphics, logos, images, icons, layout, design, colour schemes, code and database structures — is the exclusive intellectual property of Basanr or is licensed to Basanr by its respective rights holders.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Content on this Platform for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, redistribution or publication of Content without prior written permission;
• Modification or creation of derivative works based on Platform Content;
• Commercial use or monetisation of any Content obtained from this Platform;
• Removal or alteration of any copyright, trademark or proprietary notices.

Any third-party trademarks, brand names or logos referenced on this Platform (including payment provider names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and sports organisations such as PCB, PSL and ICC) remain the property of their respective owners. Their mention is for educational reference only and does not imply any affiliation, partnership or endorsement.

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness or non-infringement.

Specifically, Basanr makes no representations or warranties that:

• Any bonus, promotion, wagering requirement or payment processing time described on the Platform is currently live or accurate — all such figures are illustrative unless stated otherwise and verified;
• Any third-party gambling operator described on the Platform is currently operating, licensed, accepting registrations from Pakistan, or offering the described products;

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Basanr, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with:

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, Basanr's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of any registration or subscription fees you may have paid to Basanr in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or PKR 1,000, whichever is lower.

• Has no operational control over any third-party operator;
• Does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of any information relating to a third-party operator;
• Is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered as a result of your use of a third-party platform;
• Does not endorse, recommend or warrant any third-party operator;
• Is not a party to any contract entered into between you and a third-party operator.

Pakistan has gambling restrictions. The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 prohibits gambling activities in Pakistan. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. The version of the Terms that was in effect at the time of the relevant conduct shall govern any dispute relating to that conduct.

Basanr reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform or any account associated with your use, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or use;
• Engagement in fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity through or in connection with the Platform;
• Any conduct that Basanr reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform, its users or its reputation.

Upon termination, all rights and licences granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability and governing law — shall continue to apply.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Basanr is registered and operates. Users who access the Platform from Pakistan or other jurisdictions do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create any partnership, joint venture, agency, employment or franchise relationship between you and Basanr. You may not assign any rights or obligations under these Terms without Basanr's prior written consent.
